We at Travelgliders.com, majorly focus on providing transparency and aim to provide clear details related to our Cancellation and Refund Policies. While we aid on cancellation & bookings, we have no control over the refund. The refund is guaranteed by the third-party service providers. Here is an overview of our policies:
- Most flight tickets and hotel reservations are non-refundable.
- Refundable bookings are subject to the policies of the respective airline or service providers
- We can initiate the cancellation request but does not guarantee the refund
- Sometimes the refund is not the amount you receive back in your account but also in credit. . And, these credit points can be used for future bookings via Travelgliders.com.
- Passengers must submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the booking. Or, within the time as specified by the service provider to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations outside this window will not be accepted.
- In case of any cancelation or the rescheduling, penalties, fare differences, or booking fees might be charged. And, the details will be shared to you regarding the same.
- Travelgliders.com does not guarantee refunds on bookings, especially because these are subject to approval from third-party providers like airline.
- In cases where passengers do not show up for a flight or hotel stay, a refund may be possible only if the service provider allows it. But there isn’t any guarantee
- It takes 30-90 days to process after a cancellation request is submitted.
Note: It is important to note that service fees charged when booking are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund amount. You need to know that at the time of claiming the refund, you will not receive the service fees.
Once a cancellation request is submitted, you will get an email regarding your cancelation request.
But, even if you have recived the email, it does not guarantee an automatic refund. The email just confirms that the process has been initiated for the cancelation.
