What is a Price Match Policy?

It is simple that if you find a lower price for an identical booking (same flight, hotel, car rental, or vacation package) on any other reputed online travel agency like Expedia or Priceline.com website within 24 hours of booking with us, we will match that price.

Conditions for PMP:

Identical Booking Criteria: The lower price must have the

• Exactly same travel dates,
• Type of accommodation (if any)
• Type of class of service
• No. of passengers traveling
• Any other inclusions

Publicly Available Price: The lower price must be publicly available online from a reputable site (For example: Expedia or Priceline). Note that the currency should also be the same as in Travelgliders.com

Claim Process: Make sure that you submit the claim within 24 hours of booking with us. Also, you need to provide us the following information:

• Booking reference
• The competitor’s price
• Proof such as a link or screenshot.

Exclusions: Prices from auction sites, member-only deals, special promotions, or corporate discounts do not qualify for price matching.
